Biography
Sydney is a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher with a diverse and comprehensive training background. With a foundation rooted in the 200-hour Teacher Training through the Kaivalya Yoga Method, Sydney deepened her practice and understanding of yoga through additional 200-hour and 500-hour Teacher Trainings at Dharma Yoga Center. Her commitment to dynamic and accessible yoga led her to further specialization, completing an additional 120 hours of Rocket Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Pat McCleaf and Andre Harris.
Passionate about the transformative power of breath and deep relaxation, Sydney has a special interest in pranayama and yoga nidra. She incorporates these practices into her teachings to help students find balance, inner peace, and personal growth. Through a blend of traditional wisdom and modern techniques, Sydney aims to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all practitioners, empowering them to explore their own unique paths in yoga.
